Who is the genius?
Whos the genius that chose to turn all raids into sapper raids?

Guiding raiders to strategic locations filled with traps, turrets and fortifications is a CORE FEATURE of this game. Whos the genius who decided to render walls, traps, turrets (to some extent) and IEDs completely useless?

Now even the game Rimworld itself is incompatible with this mod.

Probably same genius who removed "safe zone" when shooting thus making your colonists shoot each other despite standing next to each other.

No safe zone were removed, if you stand right behind your fella you will never hit 'em. Also not all raids are sappers, get real.

Yes they will because the "safezone" of two or three tiles from vanilla was removed. Nothing better than having your colonist die from having his head blown off by friendly.

Two is still present. Three - yes. Try shooting trough fellow man with an uncontrolable machine gun.

It is not. While they might have adjusted chances, pawns still get their brains blown off.

Depends on what gun you use. I shot from two tiles and it's totaly okay.
You need to note this - pawn onfront and the second pawn crouches, the last pawn does not. If you were to move the pawns onfront, they stand up and might be hit. As long as they are crouched, it's okay.

*sigh*

And does it change anything? Not like there is any sort of % like in XCOM-style games about hit chances. Pawns are still dumb as bricks due to vanilla ♥♥♥♥♥♥ combat and will get teamkilled. And it doesnt matter if the chance is 100% or 5%, it is there. And it will happen.

I understand, but to avoid this, just don't place more than two pawns in same line. if you physically touch the friend infront of you, you will never hit them.

Yes you will, you only lower the chance. Which funnily enough is maybe even worse than having 100% chance because you know that it can happen, you just dont know when.

I am sick of having enemy raids shooting each other all the time too.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with such basics of gameplay without adjusting already bad AI is just bad move.

You will NEVER hit a not moving ally when you're shooting trough him while physically touching him while not moving. Never.

If they start to move yes, you might hit, because they stop crouching. But no. Normaly, you won't hit. It never happened to me.

I can confirm that the pawn Will hit their ally even if they are not moving and right in next of them both straight or diagonally, I had 1 pawn in an openig of a wall with shieldbelt and melee weapon and 1 colonist right next to him to help, firt got the shieldbelt shot off then killed, looked at the log tab and he was killed by the ally next to him and not by the melee of the raider, I thought that it was the weapons problem (lmg) so I retried with a shotgun and a bolt action rifle but same it still hit the pawn right in front of him, not always but very often, so often that I do not make a straight embrasure any more, in vanilla, paws supposedly "used the shoulder of the pawn next to them so they would never shoot them"

Weird. Prob an incompatibility bug. Never happened to me.
