So is this a weapon or a misc?
In the 3rd photo, it shows one of the pipes stuck in a scout, which makes me think it's a weapon, but at the same time there's a photo of different painted versions of it.
Maybe it could be the first weapon that can be painted?

EDIT: ugh seriously i already said i noticed that it's the eyelander jeez stop telling me
