Hi. We know, that this scarf has wrong equip region. I tried to add author to ask him to contact Valve to fix it (that was should work) but he ignored my invite few times. I don't think Valve will fix it until author will ask, but I tried to make bugreport from in-game interface. If someone can contact author, please ask him to contact Valve to fix that.
