Facial flexes not working on Soldier
Just noticed it isn't working properly on Soldier, here's a screenie:http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/-Edge-/screenshot/270591740467993238

Please fix it at your earliest convenience.
EDIT: Soldier's mouth didn't actually move in the loadout screen. Tf2 bug?
EDIT2: Tested it on a server and while Soldier's mouth moves, the beard doesn't. So the thread stands.

Actually the cosmetic doesn't work properly on client side but works on server side(means the flexes doesn't work for you but works for others who see it on you). It's valve's issue, check the comments.
