@cwalters567 I think you are right, I'll make Pantheon available to Hellenic religion as well
Construction: 629-634, it incorporates material from a previous V century church destroyed in a fire.
Reason for inclusion: The main sanctuary dedicated to Saint Demetrius, who was reputed to have saved the city from the Slavic invasions of the VII century, it was a major pilgrimage centre in the middle ages.
Province: 490 - Thessalonike
Bonus: Perhaps a martial bonus of some kind, Demetrius was a military martyr, normally represented as a Roman soldier. Or just a piety bonus otherwise.
For the importance as pilgrimage centre I can provide this link at the moment:

Construction: 9th century
Description: The Jaromarsburg was a cult site for the Slavic tribe of Rani dedicated to the god Svantovit and used from the 9th to the 12th century. It was located on the northeastern tip of the Baltic Sea island of Rügen at Cape Arkona, and was protected on two sides by the cliffed coast and from the land side by a Slavic burgwall.

Location in game: Rügen, which is already a Slavic holy site. This building explains why that is so.
Bonus: Piety, fortification level and/or garrison bonus for Slavic rulers (was both temple and fortress, located on a highly defensible cape).
These bonuses should probably only be available to Slavic rulers (Catholics destroyed the temple when they captured it).
