Update - Version 1.1 Arrives
Hey folks.
Upon playtesting it on stream, I made some changes based on experiences. There will be more changes in the future (once I nail those % values). Some bugs were fixed, some are waiting for game developers to fix but here we go with what this Version entails:

Bugs:
- Add missing Bowyer to Horse General and State Chancellor,

Balance Changes:
- Splitted Independent Governors into 9 factions (1 per biome),
- Changed Independent Governors from Bandit to AI only faction (not possible to include several Bandit factions which would work at the same time),
- Added +50% Noble Happiness to Indepedent Governors to prevent Noble Rebelions which happen despite having more than enough Authority,
- Change steppes to farmable land (so Hordes can work as normal factions balance wise and players will still have reason to beat them rather than ignore them),
- Reintroduced Horde's settlements grid,
- Added 1st lvl walls to each Horde settlement and additionally placed Bowyer inside their capital,
