I think the tech 10 extractor isn't using the red color properly because it keeps changing colors rapidly.

What you mean with not holding the Red color that the Color is changing is normal bc its tech 10 so player knows wen its on max tech.

What you mean with Silva and the Water Fabricator can only build by the Water builder.

Ah well, I think you should probably use a red color glow effect like the fabricators for tech 10. It's not exactly easy on the eyes to look at and probably could trigger some people's epilepsy.

Also on the note about the health change to the fabricators. I think you should probably keep their health stats the same as before with the current income and cost changes. Because well...
