Could you add an "empty building storage" option?
It would be like the reset buildings functionality but only wipe out whatever stored resources they have. Trying to test different industry configurations and it would be super helpful to be able to do that and monitor how much of what accumulates over time with the ability to start from scratch storage-wise.
