Having Issues with Slope Objects

Ever since the new CS Update (and subsequently the newest Move It update) I have been having issues with Slope Objects not working at all. I often use it to smooth roads out, but now it is making it much worse. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there any way to resolve this issue?
