Sink into the ground. how to fix?

Hi all! help me please!
When you left-click on a road node (segment), it is highlighted in green and starts to sink into the ground and does not stop. You can stop it only with the right mouse button and canceling the ctrl + z. But with a new selection of a segment, the situation is repeated.
What's my mistake?

Try to select by area with all filters turned on
