[1.3] Massive lag linked to how storage mass is calculated
I'm playing in a small modpack with the new Winston Waves story teller and CE, so with the large influx of items I have been using a good amount of storage from LWM's mod. Using performance analyzer I have honed the problem down to the storage items and how the job giver assigns pawns the jobs to haul to them. I dug further and tested if it was the large stack of items or the mass that was causing the issues. With about 16 storage items storing about 500 items the stack size was causing zero issues. I found this out but just deleting the storage items in god mode and the stack of items would still be there. Leaving the maximum mass calculations as my only guess. I'm not a modder so it could be something else but since deleting the storage items added 300 TPS to my game (SERIOUSLY) I thought it was worth mentioning.

I also wanted to credit Growlkore who made a post about something similar in July of last year for giving me the idea to look into this.

If anyone wants a mod list or any kind of logs let me know.

Well, that's good to know.
I *suspect* that 1.4 is *much* better about notifying when items get moved into/out of storage, so I think I can keep this to a minimum in 1.4
