Stacks will not be merged on shelves
Stacks of items (say sandstone blocks) will end up on several different shelves, all next to eachother, rather than all being combined down into a single stack on a single shelf. Is there any way to fix this or any mod which changes it if this is intended behavior

I have stack sizes up to 1000, but items are mainly being split into 1~70 odd count stacks rather than being merged. If I set my entire colony to haul they just keep rotating the order of items around wasting time, but not merging.
