[1.3] Bug - Storage items are 'full' while still having slots
Seems to be mostly with pallets for textiles and clothing shelves, but they'll stop storing items when not fully loaded for some reason

Check a description of second bug. Looks like it's a problem of GUI mod. But I am not sure about that.

I also seem to be having this problem. I have two meat hooks with plenty of open slots, and my colonists are piling up animal corpses to rot outside the base. They simply refuse to refuse them now.

EDIT: I just realized this was not a bug at all. The meat hooks have a maximum mass, and I had some very large animals hung. To everyone else thinking they might have a bug like this, make sure your storage container is not at full mass!

I have this issue even with all the mass and etc. values set to max.

im also having this bug with the values turned up to max and no gui mod enabled
