Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink, Black/White, Lead, Zebra, Rainbow, Ceramic, Moab (First Blimb), BFB (Second Blimb), ZOMG (Third Blimb), MAD (Fourth Blimb), DTD (Camo blimb), This doesn't have all your balloons but it's from the BTD5 game, you could use it as a small help thing. The order can actually be found in the RotgB Bestiary, in the Options tab in the spawn menu. In brief, the order is:

Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink,
Black / White / Purple / Orange (they have the same RBE),
Gray / Zebra / Aqua / Error (same case),
Rainbow, Ceramic, Brick, Marble, Blue Blimp, Red Blimp, Green Blimp, Monochrome Blimp, Purple Blimp, Magenta Blimp, Rainbow Blimp.

Yeah, the order is slightly different. I should mention that Monochrome gBlimps have a lower RBE than Red gBlimps, but are Camo-Lead themselves and yield Fortified Camo Regen Marble gBalloons, which can be very deadly. Similarly, Magenta gBlimps have a lower RBE than Green gBlimps but move at ridiculous speeds and ignore damage that deals less than 15 layers of damage.
