Mask of Madness broken lifesteal not working.
I had 6 trolls + 4 warlocks and a 3 level Shadow fiend with MOM. He was hitting hard but had 0 lifesteal. I unequiped the item and SF started lifestealing with hits and ult even had vladimirs.

I think lifesteal items (Mask of Madness, helm of the dominator) no longer work with pure damage.
And aura (Vlad, warlock syngergy) still works

If anyone can confirm/edit I would appreciate it :)

I had terrorblade lvl 3 and he didn't get life steal from dominator

Nope just played 6 warlocks and had SF level 3 with dominator and vlads still not working. 0 Lifesteal from right clicks. I even dropped the dominator and had only Vlads after which i dropped the vlads and gave it to other unit. No lifesteal whatsoever.
If i remember Chaos Knight had no problems with lifesteal.

after the update in dota lifesteal from pure damage no longer works
