Report a translation problem
Following on this logic, the reason why it works with Arc Warden is that it duplicates itself before the kobold function kicks in, so it always has an identical kobold to pair itself with.
This sounds somewhat logical, but I don't think this is the issue. Even if the snipers were not identical, the Meepos themselves should at least create a clone.
I just think this might be a bug, I've ran into this issue with Kobold Fatebender
Similarly if you have one meepo and one Arc Warden, the Arc Warden doesn't duplicate (into a 3rd warden - the 2nd is part of his skill, not part of the kobolt trait)
