Wizard Synergy Problem

Wizard Synergy is not working on max Human Synergy with only 5 Humans (I don't get 4 xp tomes), Druid with only 3 (Pieces don't level up), etc.

Wizard synergy works during the round.
Human synergy works at the beginning of the round.
Not combinable.

Hammonds Heroes has Dota 2

Druid synergy does not work either.
