Experienced a bug that removed "build a deck" starts to runs.
I started the game with no mods enabled. Then decided I wanted to play streamer mode. I loaded up the mod and abandoned the run that I had started in classic mode. Now every game I start skips the step to pick my 10 cards after choosing my starting whale buff. I have uninstalled the mod as well as the core game in an attempt to fix this but it is still broken.
