It's better than nothing anyway. Valve does that to make it more or less cartoony and to fit the mercenaries.

Not talking about an all-class banana hood and a beige hair with glasses on for Scout. No offense.

This is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AMAZING. Good work yall, this really fits with Soldier's personality and I would be laughing if I saw a burning flames General Tso in-game. Absolutely amazing. Good work y'all.
