Recommendations and Changes
Please note that the map is already very much at its limits. So much as adding a single brush makes it uncompilable atm. To add something I need to remove something; therefore Im looking for suggestions on how to optimize and simplify.

Ideas worth looking into:
  • Optimize performance (Laptops without dedicated GPU RAM will always struggle)
  • Trenches (exhaust port?)
  • Empty rooms
  • Move consoles in viewscreen room to be more accurate
  • Viewscreen room accuracy (entry corridor)
  • Add SB-920 Cannons

I really feel like it could be much better optimized for lower end systems, I have a laptop with a 7th gen i3 and it runs at pretty much 1 fps, I don't have many mods, and other rp maps like the star destroyer run fine.

I finally figured out how to fix a hyperspace bug: For anyone who has the third person legs addon, disabling it will allow them to use the hyperspace feature normally.

I saw in one of the behind the scenes videos that there is an asteroid field as one of the warp destinations. Was this removed from the final map, as I'd like to be able to visit it.

Empty out some rooms. Give us space to build in, possibly in the bunks area.

Revealed inaccuracy. On the bridge with the screen is the wrong location of the consoles. The left should be on the contrary closer to the screen, and the right further. There is also no corridor that should be on the opposite side of the screen. It could be seen in ANH and R1. The princess Leia was led through him, and also the director Krennic walked along it.

A large corridor with a false ceiling was also found in the deleted scene.

In the RotJ deleted scene, there is a room with turbolifts from the Imperial Tower, as well as doors from the Star Destroyers. But the blue lamps in these doors are wide, similar to the wall. Also located near the wall console.

Some way of changing the screen in the bridge to show other parts of the station like a security camera system. For instance a camera to look in the MHB or a way to look outside the deathstar. This would help because without some way of seeing outside the station it make space battles almost impossible for FleetRP.

Good suggestion. You can also animate the image so that the scheme appears in parts, as in Rogue One.

Hundred precent agree with this post, heck I would be fine with a Death star LITE. most gmod dark rp players dont run this game with a high quality tower spesificlally built for this one map, (sorry for the spelling errors, commenting this on the map and the one fps is really making it hard for my pc to type for some reason)

In this place and near the door there should be barrels and boxes, and a gun rack with a DLT-19 by the window.

In the superlaser mine, there is an inaccuracy opposite the control room window. Behind the door there must be an inclined passage with a red grille and another door, then the corridor turns to the right.

Could you further elaborate? I support the idea of removing things (see description above). I dont like to make literal empty rooms but rather have them look like something even without stuff added in afterwards. Thats just how I roll. But Im sure theres a way to achieve both.

Some inaccuracies are somewhat mandatory as they wouldnt make much sense for the overall layout. The viewscreen room could be altered to have its entrance be at the back although for gameplay I dont see why.
I cant expand without removing other things. Arched hallways arent easy to setup and dont add anything besides accuracy so again I dont really see the need.
I wanted to incorparate the Canons at first although limitations held me back. If I somehow manage to include a trenchrun I certainly would connect it to openings with those cannons behind.
The Corner passage in the falcon hangar is an interesting one. If you look at the layout of the hallway leeding up to it (ep4) you will notice how it would need to extend beyond the exterior. which ofc works in a movieset but not in an actual 3D representation. it also would really benefit the layout as it would only add another way to enter the hanagar from the same hallway.
As for the other references. Ive seen those before although not all angles. I decided that I dont have a need for those specific locations and left them out.
