Guys come on lets be realistic here.

chances are that he is just gonna have this as a misc.Even if this was a secondary, it should have unique stats not something like +10% or +5% to jump hight. More like this: -double jump +adds the ability to glide or my other idea: -double jump +adds the ability to rise slowly (the wings flying upward, would also raise the scout higher than the average double jump)
