This mod is not compatible with the city banners plus mod and the city limits mod, which is two must have UI improvement mods for me.

After installing a large group of mods, I found out the game didn't work because it wouldn't open up city production and all the information on the city view was missing. I kept coming up with the same problem after multiple tests with deselecting mods, so I decided to deselect everything except my must-haves.

When I launched the game, it worked, I was able to open up city production and the city view showed me information. then I activated city states diplomacy, and suddenly it wasn't working again, so one of my must-haves is conflicting with this mod, and my best guess is that it is one of the user interface mods that I mentioned above, since those are the only two mods that due anyhting to the ui.

As it stands now, i can't use your mod because of this conflict, which is sad because i think your mod is fantastic, greatly improving the diplomacy system of the game and the world congress. :(
