Wheels?
Maybe put a platform with wheels with the demo and helm on it, so it could move?

Or if you want to keep the idea of like riding the cart when you do the taunt on it, I respect that

There should be another taunt similar to this, but riding a small ship with wheels.

Yes, in its current state it only makes sense when you're on a cart

yeah it really does only work with wheels outside of the cart
