there has to be multiple taxi stations for it to work, select the empty drop down list > and select any tab that you want to go to > press OK Button

You need to have at least two taxi stations and you need to name them: Press C, right click on the taxi station, select edit properties and name it. Now if you named both you'll be able to see each others when you press e on the taxi stations.
