No default outfit
In the .esp she has no default outfit, so she won't have anything equipped till she gets into battle or travels.

Other than that, it's an awesome mod.

She was for me, (or in her undies, I suppose, depending on mods installed), at least at the start.

O and cause of her voice used, she can also be a personal steward if you have Hearthfires.

Side Note one of the reasons she has now default is for you to use regular clothing with no armor values/mage cloaks... just makes it easier though i will look into maybe adding some optional patches that enable a default outfit

For me she has no outfit and her head's skin color doesn't match.

Missing head textures could be the source of that try unsubscribing the re-subscribing or downloading from the nexus, that should fix it as i already patched out the head texture bug a while back ago

Do you have any mods that modify the whiterun cell? or Open Cities Skyrim?
