Increase the cast time of antimage's blink.
He can go from one side of the map to the other in 5 seconds. This is OP because he can already one shot people. On the other hand, Queen of Pain deals heavy damage, but can't one shot, and takes twice the time to go from fountain to fountain. Still a very good hero.

So I suggest increasing antimage's blink's cast time to the same amount as queen of pain or higher.

I will increase the cast point of blink, cut the Song of the Siren's range and double the CD of Counterspell, but it's duration will be increased by 0.6 sec.

3rd skill damage set to 50/100/150/200, chances to 99% (just for fun)
4th skill duration set to 1/2/3

2nd skill status resistance to 25/50/75/100, duration to 1.5
3rd skill slow aura to 10%/20%/30%/40%
4th skill duration set to 1/1.5/2

APPARITION
1st skill damage to 40/50/60/70, stun to 0.5/0.75/1/1.25
2nd skill magic damage increase to 25%/35%/45%/55%, cast radius to 100

ARC WARDEN
1st skill: nothing changed

3rd skill wraith duration set to 5, activation delay set to 1

CENTAUR WARRUNNER
1st skill stun duration set to 1
2nd skill strength to damage set to 90%/100%/110%/120%
3rd skill attack damage bonus stack to 10%/20%/30%/40%, max stacks to 10
4th skill set to passive, haster speed set to 100/200/300, slow set to 50%, strength as damage as 50%/75%/100%

just a thought
1. Increase delay between casts for Storm's Ball Lighting or make vulnerable during ball Lighting.
2. Reinstate Fountain protection to make heroes invulnerable. Cannot be targetted and not be in the target of spells. Especially noting ward like units, e.g. Zeus nimbus or spell jumping spells, e.g. Lich Chain Frost.
3. Silence Hero spells near fountain, not just at fountain.
4. Fountain AOE damage to ward away
Reduce Earth Spirit Boulder Smash travel distance to 1000 (Down from 2000)

Yes. And I have heroes like Doom, Viper and other guys that can turn off passives

AOE damage doesn't hit slark in ulti, at least I tried with spec dagger and lifestealer's ulti. No damage. At least make him visible in true sight.

He buys abyssal blade and bkb then becomes unstoppable..
He also has dispel so can't even stun after he gets abyssal blade because: I stun > he dispel and stun me > me dead.
