Q menu, far right tab "Dtoy menu", open html version, go find the addon you want, top right in window click "Mount addon" (something along those lines).

so its a way to add addons on a server? and you can do that on any server apart from anticheat type stuff?

you can only do that on the servers that has this addon installed and only if you are admin
