It would be easier for a team member to do it, but then they are taking effort away from the ACE mod to create the list. On the other side, though, creating a list of things which are affected might help the ACE team, as having a better idea of the full scope of the project is usually a good idea and tends to help the team work more effectively as they can make better decisions about connecting features, what to do when, etc.
But yes! Having a concise and complete compatibility list would be fantastically helpful. :D
