100% Agree. It looks fantastic with so many hats! Fits perfectly around over half of them and especially combos well with hair cosmetics like the Big Country. Idk how lax valve is about updating workshop items nowadays, but I would love to see this equipable as a misc rather than just a hat. I wear it like one with the speedy scoundrel.
