Missing tree and road textures
I loaded up the map, which took about 15 minutes, and all of the trees have missing textures along with all of the roads.

These textures are included in the addon. If they're not rendering properly and if the map is taking that long to load, something's not right. I noticed that you've played several VR games, which should mean that your PC is more than capable for running this map (probably even using VRMod).

Are you using a lot of addons? In that case, try switching to the 64-bit branch of GMod and/or disabling a bunch of addons. The game might be trying to load more things than the engine or your system can handle.

I have around 1400 addons, so yes, I have a lot Lol. I will try this.
