what if this made over healing better?
i always thought that a medi-gun that specialised in over healing would be interesting. you could prepare for fights by using this medi-gun to over heal team members longer and have 1/4 more over heal health than the other medi-guns. it's uber could be that your heal target gets an instant health boost. maybe it can have charges instead of doing a 10 secon uber?

Or have it's uber be an instant overheal when undamaged, or just a regular 5 second uber.

what about the ubercharge suddenly boosts up the overheal rate, and it holds it there, until its out? since the over heal goes down very quickly
