Known Issues and Bugs (2018.11.12)

1. Error message No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgVehicles.VME_PLA_soldier_UAV_DES'. when entering Zeus

2. Can't find Y-20 Transport plane and Z9 helicopter (only Z9 CAS in Zeus)

3.The passenger position of Y20 transport aircraft penetrated the model. and Y20 is too slow to cause takeoff.

4. J7 and J20 Fighters will explode when they take off.(J10 doesn't have this problem)

5. When AI operates all gunships and fighter planes, it only uses artillery, and does not use missiles to target.

6. All planes pilot could not board the plane.(can't find the entry options found . Like Y20 Y9 J20 J7 J10)

7. The steering of all tanks is a bit too flexible.

8. All Jeep drivers' perspective is a bit of a problem. (In the first person perspective, the line of sight is somewhat biased towards the upper left corner of the screen.)

All Multicam PLA forces have US Flag on their chest rigs in the Eden Editor...haven't looked at it in the playable state to see if it is there.

I suggest that the weapon stability should be improved, if use lots of PLA units ( over 40) when they fire the weapon will cause the photography problems, lots blue points and square appear in screen(game still able to running but less good experience)

Just a list of bugs I've found so far.

Helmets, like the jet pilot helmet, and others that look like they should provide heareing protection, does not provide ace hearing protection.
Mi171 has no rear, crew exposed.
Mi17 and Mi171 are transparent.
Z19 handles/rolls like a brick despite looking like an upgraded Z9.
Z9 handles a bit less like a brick but still handles like a brick.
ZTS63 handles like a jet ski in the water.
Ground vehicles that have insane acceleration values, in no particular order: XJZ92, ZTS63, ZTZ96, ZTZ99, PTL02, ZBD03, AFT9, ZBL08, ZSL(All Varients). Im sure there are many more with this issue
Tracked vehicles drift like crazy.
Tanks go faster backwards than forwards.
The gun of the PTL02 can flip itself using just the recoil of the gun. The ZTL11 almost can
Type 86 static artillery can move at sanic speeds with the gun, will kill the gunner if it fires normally.
HJ-9 ATGM and QW2 AA have no acceleration after it fires, goes at the same speed until it explodes.
The AO-18K is a 6 barrel CIWS cannon, don't know why a single barrel 30mm on APC's have it, or have the ROF of it as well.
Cannot zero the gun on the PTL02, but you can on the ZBD04
Some of the commander position guns do not fire at the center, either they aim way too high or too low.
Some vehicle guns have a very low depression angle would be impossible to do IRL.
ZBD08 gun looks down into the chassis when it reloads, making it very awkward to use.
Some of the 100mm guns can zero, while others cannot, and those that do can only zero out to a maximum distance of 2KM.
Same thing with anything other caliber of gun higher than 100mm, can only zero out to 2KM, which doesn't make sense.
CS-VP4 has incorrect names to get into the passenger seats, though the driver and the front passenger seat are named fine. EX: $str_a3_turrets_cargoturret_r2
9M119 ATGM out of the tanks can fire all 4 or 6 missiles all at once without a firerate delay or reloading delay.
Concussion of the tanks/artillery cannons are a bit large.
The Artillery is a bit bouncy for some reason.
The Type 85 HMG is nothing but a metal pipe with a scope and a magazine on it.
The PHZ10 and PHZ81 rocket artillery fire widly in a almost 180 degree arc, no accuracy at all whatsoever.
The non-transport varient of the trucks (like the ones that carry weapons) can still carry up to 17 passengers.
The 152mm Artillery uses the same rounds as the 122mm Artillery
The lower bug reports are going into the mod config files:
The sensor components for the HQ61 and HQ64 are mixed up.
25mm AA and 35mm AA don't seem to have that much of a difference.
The ATGM's from the tank are using the Scalpel missile ammo config, and they are really f***ing OP

Im sure there are more bugs to find, but these were the ones ive found and recorded so far.

We had this issue on earlier VME PLA version, especially on Tanoa. I hope it gets fixed in the next patch!

That screen texture issue was supposed to have been fixed in a patch. We'll look into it as there may be some settings that still need to be addressed.

getting a signature missmatch on one of the .pbo's in the mod: Wrong signature for file D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\!Workshop\@VME PLA Mod\addons\vme_pla_weapons2.pbo

I tried to reinstall the mod and keys on the server noting has worked, so i believe the issue is on the mod side

Many untis can't be placed via Zeus. This applies only for PLA groups in Zeus.
The single units works for me, but i didn't test every unit.

These are the not placeable PLA groups

all "air group" units
all "infantry groups" expect the rifle squad
all mechanized groups
all motorized groups

tested with CBA3 and achilles

second thing which was already mentioned
The acceleration of most of the vehicles is odd . As example i can drive -60 km/h with a tank and drift like in Need for Speed

Many of the regular PLA forces with their normal chinese digiflage have a pink color in their uniforms when seen in game. An example is the Missile Specialist (HAT: PF-98) and the regular Rifleman (AT), Paratrooper and the combat medic. These are just a few examples of the ones I have found an issue with their coloring in game.
