Seems too... dependent?
The way your description sounds, makes this seem underpowered and over powered at the same time. This will require you to use the Huntsman. I had an idea similar to this but... its much different in what it does.

i like the idea of weapons useless except with specific other weapons. there is no lack of space in the game for quirky things such as this.

If not paired with huntsman it can be a sort of electricity diesel jarate razorback
