A word of caution, in case this does pop up:

The starting wrecks around the initial crash site are randomized. Sometimes you don't get all the wrecks which will make the cost of the Speedrunner a little over than what you have on hand. You might need to mine a few materials if this is the case.

You can restart your survival game until you get all the wrecks, or you can just pick a few rocks and carry on.

Since the drop pod will almost always be present, all materials can be gathered relatively quickly. Still, the missing wrecks will severely affect your times when speedrunning, although this is still infinitely faster then building a rover and crossing the crazy terrain on wheels.
