I like this, but let's add onto it.

Penguins are equal to a small health kit.

I would like this as a holiday punch reskin personaly.

+20% speed while being on fire
Punching teammates (and enemies) extinguish them
It deploys 100% slower

+50% Movement Speed

+25 Health on hit
-Forced User Taunt on Kill
+Tauntkill is an animation where Heavy picks up an enemy and hugs them, slowly draining their health until either friendly damage releases them or death do us part :D

+On 3 consecutive hits, "warms up" target and sets them on fire
+Fire lasts for 3 seconds unless from a pyro, each hit restarts the timer of the self-ignition
+20 health each hit on a flaming target
+On enemy kill/assist, gain a speed boost
-20% damage
-When self-ignition is extinguished from the target, you are marked for death for a short time

You can work in a team of pyros to your own benefit, allowing heavy a close-quarters situation in a pyro fight and increased melee survivability, and punishes you for leaving a melee fight you started unfinished
This might be equivalent to the sun-on-a-stick, or it could be like the powerjack, idk

Penguin Snatchers

Level 100 gloves

Pros:

- Immune to afterburn when equiped
- Regen 50 - 100 HP on melee kill

Cons:

- No random crits
- 30% slower move speed when weapon is held out.

[+] Immunity to movement impairing effects while active
[+] +25% move speed while active
[-] +200% damage from fire

Pickle, I feel like your stats would just make it a rework of the iron gloves of survival xD

I'd rather this be a cosmetic item than a reskin of a weapon or even its own weapon.
