I currently have a colonist that is a Quick Sleeper, Misandrist and a Misogynist that is Incapable of Caring

The traits give a -25 dislike i believe, so it will take much more time to become Friends with other colonists.

Why can't these traits dissapear or even change over time? (after becoming Friends with X amount of colonists and other?

- Quick Sleeper might disapear or change to Insomniac after some traumatic accidents/incidents
