Okay, so i had 3 candidates for a mayor. All of them had different 'platforms' like 'we need plans for the future'. Unfortunately, the candidate who won had one of the platforms saying 'drugs have no place in this colony.
My question is - is it just flavor text or will i now get penalized for not enforcing some kind of anti-drug policy? I have some nice income from smokeleaf and now expanded to psychoids so that'd be really annoying... on the other hand, this platform just being flavor text would be kind of disappointing.
