Sorry for late reply, You just start the backend/BGM.exe in the wallpaper folder and you are good to go. Only works for few software like foobar2000(Don't know if spotify works)

If you right click on the wallpaper in Wallpaper Engine and choose the option "Open in Explorer" then it'll bring you to the wallpaper's installation folder.
From there open up the folder titled "backend". The BGM.exe is located in there. Be ready to make heavy use of the camera feature in the Google Translate mobile app though because it's all in Chinese (like everything else is with this wallpaper)

thats what i was already doing but the problem is that it isnt working for me... , i ran the bgm.exe file but it didnt do anything i also ticked the option for it on wallpaper engine but still no luck it doesnt show the name of the song playing

As you see, if you need display with lyric, you may use one of those 3 music players. if still not work, make sure music player is running and plugin had detected that player(press the button "检测”).

however, if still not work, i don't know :(

I can confirm that spotify does not work :/

After you run BGM.exe you should see the BGM icon in bottom right. Right click on it, then click the first one, it should appear the "chinese menu" (make sure you are playing music through foobar in background). In the menu press the button "检测" (refresh). If it detect that you are playing music then is all good. Close it and go back to Wallpaper engine, go back to this wallpaper then click second option (the option with longest text) and then you are good to go.

It would be nice if vlc would work too or clementine.

please if possible make it compatible with spotify
