Well, the machines at the center make no sense (other than the power lever), and I can't fly it w/o pressing alt+E. Even when I do that, I still can't see what I'm doing. It's just a veiw of the TARDIS inside mesh. PLUS, it doesn't even move if I try!

Hm... Can you use the controls? If so, you could probably still be able to dematerialise/materialise, though for the wireframe, check if your C-Menu has wireframe enabled or something.

I don't know the (de)materialize buttons. And no, I can't use any other controls. I can't even get out of flight mode without undoing the TARDIS.

When flying it in Third person, you need to hit R to start the engine. As for the dematerialising buttons, all you need to remember are the throttle, and either the typewriter, the button underneath the lever on the left of the helmic regulator, or the monitor/keyboard. Hit the button, then pull the throttle, which should get you started. If you can, post some screenshots, since they might help too. :)
