How customizable is this mod? e.g. are we able to tweak the values in the mod settings?

I love the concept of this mod, but I don't like a few aspects. Namely:

1) that mining stone is slightly easier/faster
2) that all stones have the same mass and sharp damage
3) that the beauty offset for slate is so high

As a person who likes making things difficult for myself, I just like being able to tweak balance values to my liking
