If this were going to be added as an item, it should be a primary slot, like booties, etc.,
Plus. 50+ health. -50% overheal, 150% turn control, -50% afterburn duration to wearer. 20% ranged resistance. 10% melee resistance. That's too Astartes looking just to make a purely health based item.
