Eldar mesh armor is set as Outer layer, which means it can be worn over most other armors (or at least Ork armor, which is just Middle). That seems odd somehow, I'm thinking it should be Middle or Middle & Outer, or just more consistent maybe?

Hey man, just a heads up that you forgot to assign the ranger armour the correct properties in the integrated CE Patch. It has lower armor values than the helmet, doesn't cover the through CE added standard areas for armor and has no additional properties (offsets) e.g. extra hunting stealth etc.. I really love your mods and am really glad to see that almost all of it works with CE now! Cheers!

May I ask why is there no Dark Eldar ideologion? As well as there is only Asuryan Dominance but no Drukhari dominance?

simply because i havent gotten around to doing it yet

I know the lore behind ghosthelms is that they help shield against the warp...
But a -50% psychic sensitivity, to be putting on Eldar psykers, feels like it is counter to the point of wearing them in the first place. They should at least improve it, or else there's no reason to wear them at all if you want an eldar psyker. Same goes for Warlock helmets.
It is an active detriment to utilizing them.

yeah, its something i need to change, its a holdover from older versions of rim, pre psycasts- must remember to fix it- its a little annoying though, i wish there was a seperate psy resistance stat
