maybe when you eat it the heavy can stick to surfaces, allowing him to stick to a wall and ambush an enemy below. I reckon it would last somewhere between 30-40 seconds. It could also be used to get around the corners of buildings as you could jump off the wall when stuck to it. Just a wild and crazy idea that people may have some fun with :)

considering it's sugary, perhaps a speed boost , to make sense.
then again, we have bss for that. perhaps some increased rate of fire?, or reduced spin-up time, or better yet, no spun-up slowdown when moving? and for a downside, mini-crits? or maybe inability to use a pootis?
