Mexico it's part of north america

He won't because the two other North American countries are in seperate spots on the list. Canada is in the Together for Victory part, and America is literally in its own section. At that, Mexico is more culturally aligned with Central America anyways and can be considered part of it.

I know this is over a month late to respond, but this discussion is still here so I'm contributing to it.
