What are you talking about? What about the saharan spy set? The Fez along it's dead ringer and l'etranger make cloaking silent. And the tank buster set for soldier-it gives 20% resistence to its' user. Same can be done here with a Splinter Cell-like theme for Spy. Silenced Revolver, silent sapper that doesn't alert the engineer, it just drains the sentry's health, maybe even fisher's knife which can be used as a melee weapon and not only backstab enemies due to it's damage increase.
