@Steven the Naga seems like a download failure. What you need to do is go into documents/ my games/ afterbirth+ mods and delete Revelations and StageAPI folder. Then resubscribe to the mods and finally relaunch the game 2 times. This should force steam to download/update the mod properly. Then you are good to go.
