dude its literally just a green hood with 2 eyes on the top and a salmon drawstring cover so i doubt that fat lib would be able to sue over it

its like the old agent smith glasses. you COULD wear them and look like agent smith but who is going to take you to court over it if they cant prove you are agent smith??

It's based off an original piece of concept art by Deacon and we didn't use any of Matt Furie's IP so I don't think he'd have a reason to nuke it but who knows.

yea nerd dw as long as u never use the word "pepe" in ur workshop name or description then its 100% fine. lookalikes are legal af as long as u dont name it and it looks slightly different

Matt Furie's "Pepe the Frog" character has olive-green lips. The internet caricature has brown lips. Additionally Furie didn't draw most variants, such as the popular smug variety. This makes them two entirely different characters.
