River, Harbours, and Inland Center of Trade Suggestions
Feel free to make your recommendations, and any source if possible.
I already know about a lot of the rivers of south america, but most of them have centers of trade rather than estuaries, with no hint of a natural harbour like there is at New Orleans, Manhattan, etc.

I was already debating overhauling the trade nodes around the Great Lakes area (since it was an important center of trade), so I'll definitely keep those two in mind. That and placing a few more along the Mississippi River and its tributaries when I can find where it makes sense.
