Unless Epic has an equivalant of the workshop and said equivalant supports CIV VI And also has this mod, it's probably not possible, or at least a nightmare to do.

https://gamerant.com/civilization-6-mods-epic-games-store-civ-egs-install-how/ this worked for me. very easy to do. just have to use the website version to get the url. I just tried it and its working for me just fine.
