The rules are blurry
when I see the rules, their blurry. I remember seeing an addon that fixes this but I can't seem to find it on the workshop.

when you play the map, theres gonna be a sign that tells you the rules. and to me their blurry.

They're supposed to be pixilated if that's what you mean; reducing the size of the image saves data within the map.

If it's too hard to see turn up texture quality, it only shaves off like one frame per second anyways on very high.
